1. Shipping Methods
We fully support FCL full container sea freight, LCL less-than-container load, bulk carrier shipment, multimodal land-sea transport and door-to-door delivery. Whether you order heavy complete machines, medium-sized equipment or compact machinery & spare parts, we can design the optimal shipping plan based on equipment specifications, order volume and destination country. We strive to minimize your logistics costs while guaranteeing transport safety.
2. Packaging Standards
We adopt graded standardized packaging for all products:
- Large heavy machinery: professional nude packing with anti-rust & anti-corrosion coating, structural reinforcement and shock-resistant binding;
- Medium-sized equipment: palletized reinforcement plus waterproof protection;
- Small machines and spare parts: moisture-proof wooden cases or standard pallet packaging.
All packaging solutions are suitable for long-distance ocean transportation and multiple transshipments under diverse climatic conditions, effectively avoiding abrasion, deformation, rust and damage during transit.
3. Shipping Ports & Routes
We arrange shipments from major core ports in China with stable access to most global base ports and inland destinations. Our routes cover Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North and South America and other mainstream markets. We enjoy stable logistics channels, sufficient shipping space and controllable sailing schedules to avoid delays and port detention risks.
4. Lead Time
- In-stock standard equipment: Shipment will be arranged within 3–7 working days upon payment confirmation.
- Customized equipment: The production cycle ranges from 35–55 working days, subject to technical requirements, configuration and order quantity.
A detailed production schedule, progress tracking list and pre-shipment checklist will be provided for every order to maintain full transparency.
5. Trade Terms
We offer flexible international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP to suit different procurement habits and customs clearance capabilities of our clients. Complete formal customs documentation will be provided for each shipment, including packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, product certification and inspection documents to support smooth customs clearance and receipt of goods.
